I stumbled upon your web-page and actually read through your posts… seems you are reasonably well qualified to comment on the Realty sector outlook.
I agree with you on the Delhi Vs Gurgaon Vs Noida debate. If Delhi is about to throw up these numbers, there is no way that the other cities can sustain the pace of development they have seen over the past few years. They definitely are looking into the barrel.
Please keep me posted on the opportunity to buy land in Delhi… specific details for small tracts of land under the Delhi master plan.
