Now as family is increasing we want to reocnstruct it in collaboration with builder, I was checking out DDA site for building BYe Laws but cudnt find any link to that. What are the norms that we need to conform to while reconstructing the house. Please tell me the link or mail the documents. It will be great help. Take example of Mumbai. The development of Mumbai is its own ..theres no suburbs or cities attached for which Mumbai takes credit for it. I agree with you on the Delhi Vs Gurgaon Vs Noida debate. If Delhi is about to throw up these numbers, there is no way that the other cities can sustain the pace of development they have seen over the past few years. They definitely are looking into the barrel. Please keep me posted on the opportunity to buy land in Delhi… specific details for small tracts of land under the Delhi master plan.
