		<description>Ramesh-valid thoughts, but the same industry wallahs are not clear on what they want. In 2007, a CII seminar drew the inference that there is no need of a regulator. Times were different.
Today, ASSOCHAM says that there needs to be a regulator who can protect the interest of the buyers. They even advocate Escrow accounts etc.

What has changed now? Time has, esp. for the builders who want to make the correct noises to draw the empathy of the government.
