Before I share the details of how did I reach where I am today, let me share with you “What am I today?”
I work for CERTES REALTY LIMITED, a bouquet real estate investment advisory & Project consolidation organization, based out of Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) INDIA. I happen to be part of the management team and have had the good fortune to interact with the masses, as well as the ‘classes’, notwithstanding the fact that there are good and bad people in both the ranks.

Let me make a ‘long out of the short’ by trying to write about the where I am…. from the beginning..
Ramesh Menon was born in Coimbatore, many winters ago — hadn’t this phrase something to do with summers? (03rd December), in a military hospital. I thank my parents for that… other than the many more millions of indebtedness I have towards them.. unexpressed though.
Since my dad was part of the Indian Air Force, I had the good fortune to travel wide, study in different schools, observe and imbibe the values from many cultures, and to evolve my own Grey cells. Before I got to gring myself, or others got the chance to grind me, I did live in places far & wide. How many of the readers know of a place called Rowriah, in District Jorhat, of Upper Assam. (now dont ask where Assam is?)
One fine day, my dads posting threw me(not brought) into Delhi. Man… I had the shock of every nature… not just cultural. I was dressed differently… I parted my hair the other way and everyone else in my school had a diffferent pitch… I saw girls driving bikes and guys riding the pillion with earrings on !! what was happening in the city of Delhi? I realized that I was in the real world from the little village where we came from.
Being a better than average student, I coasted through my school with reasonably better grades, and could find admission in one of the sought after academic course, in a preferred college.
That was when the seed of Ramesh Menon the person, able to slug it out was germinated.
